How Asprey charges for legal services — plainly and in writing.
This page is a structural placeholder. Specific rates, fixed-fee schedules and the formal costs agreement template are to be supplied by the firm before go-live.
Depending on the matter, fees may be charged on a fixed-fee basis (common for conveyancing, simple wills, and defined litigation stages), on a scope basis, or on an hourly basis.
Before we commence work on any matter, we provide a written costs disclosure and engagement document in accordance with the Legal Profession Uniform Law (Victoria). You will always know the basis on which you are being charged before we act.
Disbursements (filing fees, search fees, barrister's fees, expert reports) are quoted separately and charged at cost.
