Pratima is the founding Principal of Asprey Lawyers. She has been practising law since 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and an Executive MBA.

Having previously worked as a senior lawyer in numerous large firms in Melbourne, Pratima has over seven years of exposure to all areas of commercial law but specialises in litigation, property law and contractual law. She has extensive experience in criminal proceedings and debt recovery.

In addition to Asprey Lawyers, Pratima is the owner and manager of several successful businesses — so the advice you receive will always be legally proficient and commercially sound.

Pratima is fluent in Hindi and understands Punjabi and Urdu, and regularly advises clients in their first language where preferred.

Hamish has been practising law since 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Finance. He has also completed an Airline Transport Pilot's Licence.

With over nine years of experience as a senior lawyer in Melbourne city firms, Hamish provides excellent technical legal advice across all areas of the law. He specialises in commercial law and litigation.

Hamish's patience, openness with clients, and straightforward approach to legal practice enable him to quickly understand and analyse each client's individual concerns.
